Matthew 7: 4 "How can you say to your brother, 'Let me take the speck out of your eye,' when all the time there is a plank in your own eye?"
We are often found to think of ourselves as perfect person or the most righteous among the righteous. But very little do we interrospect ourself.
Whenever we see a flaw in someone, we should immediately test ourselves first and find out whether we have a speck? Or a plank? It will help us to become God's beloved children and also make us even more holy.
The psalmist asks God to test his heart for impurity. If God will test us and tells us about ourselves, what will He say?
Shall we examine and remove our drawbacks and faults daily and prepare ourselves for the coming of God?
