"My love that makes me happy! How beautiful you are, how pleasant you are. "

It is we, His church, who make Jesus Christ happy. In Isaiah 5:7, 'The vineyard of the Lord of hosts is the house of Israel; "The seed of his joy is the people of Judah," he says happily, describing every special feature of the church. And the Lord delights in doing good to His people (Jer 32:40, 41). Likewise, He will remove the sins of His people and rejoice when His people are saved (Zeph 3:17). And Christ wants love and joy to rest upon His people (John 15:11). When people follow the commandments and oaths of Christ and remain in salvation and love, then the church is my form and you are my pleasure, says Jesus, the bridegroom with joy.
