'We will make you gold ornaments with silver studs.'
This verse is a continuation of the previous verse. In these verses, the one Lord speaks of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Because the last word in this verse says 'we will do for you' is plural. This verse is the "revelation of the word of the Lord" in Ezekiel 16:13.
And the silver is mine, and the gold is mine, saith the LORD of hosts” (Haggai 2:8). Silver and gold are compared to God's scriptures (Psalm 19:9,10), (Psalm 12:6). Likewise the church is compared to gold (Revelation 1:20). And in Psalm 45:9,13,15, it is mentioned that Rajakumari, the congregation, is standing at the right hand of Jesus Christ, the king, dressed in gold. This verse refers to people receiving spiritual gifts (said to be clothed in gold) after they repent and are saved by Jesus Christ.
Scripture compares the golden ornaments, which the church possesses, to salvation and righteousness. Isaiah 61 : 10 - I rejoice in the Lord; My soul rejoices in my God; As a bridegroom adorns himself with ornaments, and as a bride adorns herself with jewels, he has clothed me with the garments of salvation and clothed me with the robe of righteousness.” In the church it is mentioned that the word of the Lord is fulfilled so that the saved keep their salvation every day and are justified.
Jesus Christ looks at the congregation and says, I give you manna my word daily, I give you my salvation, you are justified by me. A church that has fully received this blessing! Jesus Christ says you are truly blessed, you are truly beautiful, you are truly beautiful in my sight. The word of the Lord, salvation, righteousness, is a song that is described through golden ornaments.
Are you receiving spiritual gifts from Jesus Christ?
