Psalm 119: 71.  " It was good for me to be afflicted so that I might learn your decrees." 

 There can be no human being in this world who has not faced tribulations. In some circumstances, we have all faced tribulations in some cases. But the people who have received the grace of the Lord upon them will have tribulations that end for their good. David had many tribulation because of saul. But we know at the end it will come to a good end. 

 Not only David, Joseph and many believers willingly report this verse. We need to know clearly that some affliction has been allowed for the betterment of our souls, and that God has rewarded us strength to overcome it. 

 Our attitude is very important in overcoming tribulation. I need to know that in the face of adversity, Gods peace will reign in my life, and that we will receive a spiritual lesson during the time of every incident, which will eventually bring about the peace of righteousness in our future. 

 In the midst of the tribulation, we should live in union with God and obtain eternal life. Amen.
