Sacrifice of praise

Psalm 147:1. "Praise the Lord; it is good to sing praises to our God, and there is pleasure in praise."

 In chapter 4 of Revelation we see four living creatures before the throne of God. They give glory, honor and praise to God. (Revelation 4:9) we see. But see how they say and pay their respects. Day and night they were saying without rest, "Holy, holy, holy is the Lord God Almighty, who was, who is, and who is to come" (Revelation 4:8).

What do we see in this? Praise is given with clarity and meaning. Stotra is recited by remembering God's attributes of omnipotence and holiness. This is the proper method of praise. The more a man knows the attributes of God in the scriptures, the more he will offer meaningful sacrifices of praise to Him. He who offers the sacrifice of praise glorifies me'. That will be pleasing to God. Amen.
