Luke 8:21  "He replied, "My mother and brothers are those who hear God's word and put it into practice."  

 Jesus Christ speaks beautifully about the pattern of relationships.  He says that those who listen to his word and act accordingly are his mother and brother.  Many know the word of the Lord but neither consent nor try to walk according to it. 

Verse is the word of the Lord.  By His Word this world is functioning today, with the earth revolving around it.  His word in scripture has so much power. 

When we receive the mighty word of the Lord within us, and obey it, his power will work in us;  We can be united with Him.  Only then do we get the rights to call the Lord as the Heavenly Father and we become His children.  We will be strengthened in our relationship with Christ and enjoy the fruitage of the kingdom of Heaven.  Amen.
