Romans 8:28 And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, who are the called according to his purpose.

 I have taken many beatings from my teachers and parents at a young age. It was bittersweet then. It's sweet now that I think about it. Some things take days and maturity to understand.

Even in difficult situations in life it is very difficult to assume that it is for my good. Only those who have unity with God, faith and love understand it easily in such a situation with God's grace.

God gave us Jesus' terrible suffering and death for the greatest good of all: our eternal salvation. Our Lord is a doer of unsearchable great things.

 If we are in love with God, we will believe wholeheartedly that whatever happens in our life is a path for good. What we need to pray is, Lord, help me understand your good intentions for me in the hard times and in the good times. Amen.
