Conservation of the Ocean and Marine Life

In the beginning the earth was completely covered by water. The water that covered the earth was at a great height. So God said that there should be a firmament in the midst of the water and that it should separate the water from the water. God created the firmament and divided the water under the firmament and the water above the firmament. Genesis 1 : 6, 7. Because the waters were too high, God divided them in two, and placed the water necessary for this earth on the earth, leaving the rest above the firmament. This is what he opened during the flood in Noah's time. It is said in Genesis 7:11 that all the fountains of the great deep were broken and the floodgates of the heavens were opened. As it increased, the water rose to a height of fifteen cubits above the mountains covered by the wind. Genesis 7:20. Then the water rises and covers the earth so that the earth cannot be seen.

So, what God did in the beginning with the water under the expanse of the sky, it is said in Genesis 1:9 that God then gathered the water under the sky into one place. If so, it was because the water was covering the earth that God told it to gather in one place. After that, God said, "Let the beast be seen." Genesis 1:9 Then the beast was not until then. The same thing can be seen in the scriptures that God did miraculously during the time of Moses. The children of Israel walked through the desert in the middle of the sea. On their right hand and on their left the water stood as a wall for them. Exodus 14:22, 29. This act clearly shows His children that God the Father is the God of creation. So even the watery ocean obeys God's word not only at creation.

The same sea is polluted by humans, swimming creatures (Genesis 1:20), giant moles and all aquatic creatures (Genesis 1:21) are struggling to live. Recently we have seen in the news mass fish deaths and not only small fish but also dolphins, whales and sharks lying dead on the shores. We know the reasons for this happening.

(i) Pollution of plastic products. People who live by the sea and people who come to see the sea not only pollute the shores but also mix plastic materials that are brought into the sea. Fish that eat it die.

(ii) We can see in some places that the discharge of waste from houses and factories into the ocean through rivers has turned the water of the ocean dark.

(iii) Oil spills from oil tankers, oil storage tanks, burst pipes, fish are affected when they are ingested or when the oil floats so that the fish cannot breathe air, or when the oil catches fire due to the heat.

(iv) Advances in sensors installed in all types of ships, not just military ships, submarines, radio active rays, phone calls used by passengers on board affect the earth as well as all aquatic animals living in the sea.

(v) God told everything to be fruitful and multiply God blessed them (the living creatures of the sea) and told them to be fruitful and multiply and fill the waters of the sea. Genesis 1: 22. Similarly, during the breeding season necessary for fish to multiply, most fishermen do not catch them. But some, without giving the required period for proliferation. Fish are caught and sold during breeding season for money and more profit. It is an act against nature. So it is true that the fishes are decreasing rather than multiplying but it is affecting many people.

All these reasons are due to the unlimited desire and activity of man. Nature is united. Obedience to God. God's creation is for the good of man from the beginning. (eg) All fish species are medicinal and nutritious food for man. But it is a pitiful fact that man squanders such wealth and brings harm to himself.

Revelation 11:18 says that the time has come to destroy those who corrupted the earth. Nature cannot withstand the changes that man causes to nature; The wrath of the all-knowing God, together with the wrath of God, forms storms, floods, and tsunamis in the ocean. So wake up man, don't pollute the ocean. Shouldn't we protect all aquatic animals for ourselves and our posterity!!!

Wake up! Let's protect all kinds of natural resources!!!
