A life that bears fruit

Luke 13:6 Then he told a parable: A man planted a fig tree in his vineyard; When he came and looked for fruit in it, he found nothing

Do we know for what purpose God has placed us in this world? What work can I now do for my vineyard that I did not do for it? I wait for it to bear good grapes, but it bears bitter fruit? (Isaiah 5:4) says God.

Why did God know us? You don't know me, I know you; The Scriptures make it very clear that whatever you ask the Father in my name, it will be given to you, so that you may go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain (John 15:16). The purpose of God knowing us is to bear good fruit for God. God has put us in this world for the glory of God. When we bear good fruit, others will taste God through us. Then the name of God will be glorified. Amen.
