James 4: 3 "When you ask, you do not receive, because you ask with wrong motives, that you may spend what you get on your pleasures."  

Sometimes when we pray, there is not answered.  It & rsquo;s something that is present in everyone & rsquo;s life.  Why is it so? 

 Their prayer will not be heard because,

 1) If the people are in sin.

 2) Without praying with the right intention, if they pray for their self-desire.

  3) Assuming that it is good, what we ask may seem evil in God's eyes.

  4) If we receive, we may fall into the sin of pride.

  5) The thing we ask may be contrary to the will of God.

  6) The thing we ask may be contrary to the divine justice. 

  Let us know God's will and pray with faith and determination.  Then he will fulfill his promises in our lives.  Amen.
