Jeremiah 17: 7  "But blessed is the man who trusts in the LORD, whose confidence is in him"  

 When I was studying in school they told me about self-confidence. Next time I joined the work they taught me about self-confidence. One day when I read this verse in scripture it was the exact opposite. The world is talking about *  self-confidence  *. Whereas the Scripture says that blessed is the man *  who trusts in the Lord  *. 

 Self-confidence can give a man success in certain actions, but does not give him peace, humility and perfect blessings. 

 The man who trusts in the Lord will be as prosperous as a tree that blossoms in summer and fruitful in the dry season. 

 As we know Jesus Christ, we will live as victorious ones in Christ, cultivating the confidence that I have the power to do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Amen.
