1 John, 2: 25. "His promise is to give us eternal life." Living forever with God and in bliss is what we call eternal life. We feel this when we are saved. God gives us the promise of eternal life for all who turn from sin and live in the Lord. It is given to us by the grace of God.

According to God's predestination, some are blessed by God. But today people are taught by men the promise that if they accept Jesus they will become rich and live a healthy life without any diseases. This is completely wrong. Worldly people are also blessed and healthy.

God's children also have tribulation in this world. But the Savior frees us from every entanglement and helps us to do the Lord's will. We see this in the lives of the apostles. The salvation we have received is to fulfill God's will. Not to fulfill worldly gain.

Even if he is a Christian, he has promised that he will give eternal life to those who achieve the perfection of salvation and fulfill God's will. Let us act with that alone before us. We will have eternal life. Amen.
