Song of Song 1:15

My love! You are Rupavati; You are Rupavati; Your eyes are dove eyes.”

Seeing that the church of Jesus Christ is beautiful in spiritual things, Christ compares them to holiness and hypocrisy. My love! You are Rupavati; You are Rupavati;

The church is forever beautiful in the eyes of Christ. Since it is a poem, it says Nee Rupavati, Nee Rupavati twice, reflecting the importance of the assembly. The church is dear to the Bridegroom, Jesus Christ. Why is she beloved? Because she is beautiful. Why Rupavati? Rupavati means beautiful. Why is she beautiful? As we have seen in previous verses, she is adorned with spiritual ornaments. She is adorned with the qualities hidden in the heart. She has been adorned with words like girls and words like white. She is called Rupavati because of her spiritual adornment. And Jesus Christ, the Bridegroom, looks at the congregation and says. He speaks, "There is none like you, my saved people." (Deuteronomy 33:29, Ecclesiastes 8:1)

Your eyes are dove eyes. Jesus Christ compares the church to the eyes of a dove. The dove is always shown in the scriptures as a symbol of peace and a guileless nature (Matthew 10:16). And Christ the bridegroom here testifies of the church. In the scriptures, we see that Jesus Christ said Nathanael was a hypocrite and righteous. In John 1:47, Jesus saw Nathanael coming to him and said about him: Behold, the perfect Israelite without hypocrisy.

Eye is one of the most important organs of a human being and the Vedas also emphasize the eye. We see in Luke 11:34 that the eye is the lamp of the body. This verse indicates that if a person's vision is clear, i.e. pure, the whole body will be light. Perhaps if the eyes are defective everything will appear dark. Likewise the spiritual eyes of the people; That is, if their moods, intentions, desires, etc. are turned directly to God's will, the light of His word will enter their hearts and give blessings, blessings, and salvation. But if our desires are not in the things of God, God's revelation and truth will be useless.

The dove as we know it represents purity and innocence. The Lord longs to see each of us in that condition. So He calls us thus. Jesus Christ looked at the congregation and said, "O congregation! You are at peace, O congregation! Holy are you, O Church! You are patient, congregation! You are hypocritical, congregation! We see you comparing the congregation to dove eyes saying you are beautiful.

Are your eyes mischievous?
