We look at four things about service. What are they? 1. Serve as a servant of Christ. 2. Serve willingly. 3. Serve according to God's will. 4. Serve with a good heart. Full commitment to ministry is required, not half-heartedness. God's ministry should be done as He says. Then the Lord will honor the ministry.

 Lord's ministry Whatever you do, don't do it for men, do it wholeheartedly for God. (Colossians 3:24)

 This verse calls us to serve the Lord willingly. Whatever you do, do it for the sake of God. Maybe what you are doing may not be understood by humans. It is not necessary. God is looking after everything and will get the result. Even if you do too much to please men, they may become indifferent, not so with God. God is not unrighteous to forget the labor of love shown for His name (Hebrews 6:10).

 In serving God, do not serve as men-pleasers, but as servants of Christ, do the will of God with your heart (Ephesians 6:6). Do not serve men, but serve the Lord with a good heart. (Eph 6:8). Those who seek to please men and serve the sight will eventually be deceived. Those who serve God will be praised forever. Amen.
