Save thy soul from destruction, and crown thee with grace and mercy (Psalm 103:4).

We must often remind ourselves of the great things that God has done. It fills our hearts with gratitude. He has redeemed our souls from destruction. God has redeemed us from the punishment of hell, the punishment of sin

He redeemed us from all iniquity, and gave himself for us, that he might purify us to be his own people, zealous for good works (Titus 2:14). Many, perhaps, are ashamed to even call themselves your own. But grace is not only the rightful possession of a sinful man, but the so-called crowner pours out his grace and mercy upon us.

God, who saved by grace, continues to protect and guide by grace. This grace makes a great difference to us. We are changed to do good deeds. It is God's grace upon us that makes us a new man. Amen.
